This program is comprised of a 28 Day Workout and Nutrition Program designed to jumpstart
your body towards a leaner, more energetic you. The program (starting on day 2) is one
where you workout 4 days straight per week followed by 3 days of rest. Along with the
workout, getting the proper nutrition is critical. This includes lean protein, complex
carbohydrates, and plenty of water; strategically taken throughout the day. The following

This program is comprised of a 60 Day / 9 Week Workout and Nutrition Program designed to increase
muscle, stip body fat and get you chiseled, while giving you added strength in the process. The
first 4 weeks (weeks 1-4) are designed to give you a strong base. The middle 3 weeks (weeks 5-7)
are designed to work distinct muscle groups. The last 2 weeks (weeks 8-9) is designed to fill
